What do you like best about Rentvine?

I LOVE the quick response times by staff, and the fact that they take ownership of whatever it is that we report or need help with. My best example is reporting an issue, and within 2 hours, having a solution implemented and live.

The other thing I love is, I went to a Texas Proeprty Manager Event in San Antonio, and their team was present. When I walked in the room, they not only recognized me, but came over to ask me followup questions about some of my requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rentvine?

Not a lot to say in this column about dislikes. Its easy to use as long as you have a basic understanding of accounting, like the very most basic, you should be fine. For a tool that we use everyday, all day long, nothing stands out as a pain point for us. But, we are a small team, and not spread out.

The one piece of advice for implementing RentVine into your stack would be, have a 3rd party make sure your books are absolutely zeroed out and locked in. The only issues we had with integration were issues that we introduced. Once we had that part locked in, everything else was simple, and they never gave up on us. What do you like best about Rentvine?

I like the improvement Rentvine has made over the last year. It was a rough start, but they listened and are improving. I also value the reporting features. Although not perfect, they are moving in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rentvine?

I believe Rentvine is missing live support, like being just a phone call away. While online access is good, sometimes having a call makes a difference. Also, I would recommend they continue improving with features like phone support and an app for handheld devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
